Jesus is God in the flesh.
John 1 vs 1-3: In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
The same was in the beginning with God.
All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.
Hebrews 2 vs 14-15: Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil;
And deliver them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage.
Yes, Jesus has the same attributes, power and understanding as God.
John 10 vs 30: I and my Father are one.
We should pray through Jesus to God. Prayer works through the office of Mercy and Jesus is the one seated on the Mercy Seat.
1st Timothy 2 vs 5: For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus
Jesus Christ is God in the flesh. This means that in Him, God became man.
Colossians 1 vs 15-17: Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature:
For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him:
And he is before all things, and by him all things consist.
Jesus is the Word of God that became flesh.
John 1 vs 14: And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.
Jesus couldn't abide their hypocrisy.
Matthew 23 vs 23: Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye pay tithe of mint and anise and cummin, and have omitted the weightier matters of the law, judgment, mercy, and faith: these ought ye to have done, and not to leave the other undone.
Yes, we shouldn't have any image, picture or likeness of Jesus Christ. This includes Crucifixes, as they represent that Jesus is still on the cross.
Exodus 20 vs 4-5: Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth.
Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the Lord thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me;
The three main teachings would be:
- Love God with all your heart
- Love your neighbour as you love yourself
- Judge not
Mark 12 vs 30-31: And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment.
And the second is like, namely this, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than these.
Matthew 7 vs 1: Judge not, that ye be not judged.
Just like an advocate speaks for you in court, Jesus is our advocate who speaks for us in the Courts of Heaven, asking for mercy.
1 John 2 vs 1-2: My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous:
And he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world.
God is a spirit and if you want to meet Him, you have to release your spirit through prayer. In prayer, we have communion with God, where God ministers to man.
1 Thessalonians 5 vs 17-19: Pray without ceasing.
In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.
Quench not the Spirit.
Prayer brings God into our circumstances and prayer itself is worship.
Philippians 4 vs 6: Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.
At the prayer watches (6am, 9am, 12pm, 3pm, 6pm, 9pm, 12am, 3am) because these hours are hours of mercy. Prayer works through the office of mercy as every prayer requires mercy from God to be applied, before it is answered.
Psalm 66 vs 20: Blessed be God, which hath not turned away my prayer, nor his mercy from me.
Because in no other name was the gift of salvation obtained for mankind. Jesus also said, if you ask anything in my name, I will do it.
Acts 4 vs 12: Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.
John 14 vs 13-14: And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.
If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it.
Intercessory prayers (praying for others in need).
Warfare prayers (helps you to stay above attacks from the enemy because your prayers will continuously disarm and scatter the plans and agendas of the evil one. Examples of warfare psalms to use: psalms 2, 48).
Petition prayers (asking the Lord for a particular need based on His promises for example using Deuteronomy 7 vs 14 for conception).
Supplication/ thanksgiving prayers.
Enquiry prayers (asking the Lord to reveal Spiritual things).
Worship prayers.
Ezekial 22 vs 30: And I sought for a man among them, that should make up the hedge, and stand in the gap before me for the land, that I should not destroy it: but I found none.

To pray without ceasing means to keep watch on spiritual things and to constantly speak to the Father about your goings on.
Matthew 26 vs 41: Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.
To pray in tongues means to pray in the Holy Ghost with groaning that cannot be uttered in words.
Praying in tongues for over 15 minutes can shift things in the spiritual world, in your favour. Praying in tongues allows the Holy Spirit to pray for you when you don’t know what to pray.
Romans 8 vs 26: Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.
1st Corinthians 14 vs 2: For he that speaketh in an unknown tongue speaketh not unto men, but unto God: for no man understandeth him; howbeit in the spirit he speaketh mysteries.
The words in the Bible are keys that unlock portals. The Lord says to watch over His word to perform it, which means when you use His word in your prayer, if it's in line with His will, He will ensure it comes to pass.
Isaiah 45 vs 11: Thus saith the Lord, the Holy One of Israel, and his Maker, Ask me of things to come concerning my sons, and concerning the work of my hands command ye me.
If we pray amiss God will not attend to it. If we pray selfishly the principalities of the skies can intercept it. Keep your prayers in line with the will of God. Be sure to cover your prayers with the blood of Jesus Christ at the end.
Daniel 10 vs 12-13: Then said he unto me, Fear not, Daniel: for from the first day that thou didst set thine heart to understand, and to chasten thyself before thy God, thy words were heard, and I am come for thy words.
But the prince of the kingdom of Persia withstood me one and twenty days: but, lo, Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me; and I remained there with the kings of Persia.
Yes, vow making. For example, when praying to get a new job, you could make a vow to the Lord that you will pay a certain amount of your first wage to Him in thanksgiving.
Psalm 65 vs 1-2: Praise waiteth for thee, O God, in Sion: and unto thee shall the vow be performed.
O thou that hearest prayer, unto thee shall all flesh come.
Persistency in prayer is a way to show our faith in God.
Matthew 7 vs 7-8: Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:
For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.
We need salvation to make it into the paradise of God. It is a form of divine endorsement or eligibility to be part of the Kingdom of God.
John 3 vs 3: Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.
Ephesians 2 vs 8-9: For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
Not of works, lest any man should boast.
To grant man pardon for his transgressions so that he may be united with God in his afterlife to live with God as saints.
John 3 vs 16: For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
They were not saved, they all were prisoners in the underworld, but because they lived for God and the seal of God was on their foreheads, the devils of hell could not harm them until Jesus descended to hell to save them.
1 Peter 3 vs 19: By which also he went and preached unto the spirits in prison.
No, salvation is a free gift from God. Our good works is what determine the glory we shall live in the world to come.
Daniel 12 vs 3: And they that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament; and they that turn many to righteousness as the stars for ever and ever.
Revelation 2 vs 26: And he that overcometh, and keepeth my works unto the end, to him will I give power over the nations.
There is a book in heaven called the Lamb’s book of Life. Every name found there is already predestined to be saved and they will be granted pardon on their dying day.
Revelation 7 vs 9: After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands
Revelation 20 vs 15: And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire
There are six unpardonable sins:
- To curse God.
Matthew 12 vs 32: And whosoever speaketh a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but whosoever speaketh against the Holy Ghost, it shall not be forgiven him, neither in this world, neither in the world to come.
- To be unforgiving.
Matthew 6 vs 15: But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.
- To be unrepentant.
Luke 13 vs 3: I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish.
- To commit wilful sins.
Hebrews 10 vs 26: For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins.
- To sell one’s soul to the Devil.
Matthew 16 vs 26: For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?
- To destroy the word of God.
Revelation 22 vs 18-19: For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book
And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.
If you belong to a church where the covenant is not of God, you have mortgaged your soul to what they worship. Covenants can be established anywhere, for example your business, restaurants, homes etc., so it is important that you are in a covenant with God.
Revelation 18 vs 4: And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.
No, but it grants you the gift of salvation. Being born again involves you picking up your own cross and dying daily for Christ, as Paul did. It’s a life time process.
1st Corinthians 15 vs 31: I protest by your rejoicing which I have in Christ Jesus our Lord, I die daily.
No it does not affect it. Baptism is a holy ordinance that gives you the grace to say no to sin and to wash off the original sin. Remember the thief on the cross was saved, but he wasn’t baptised.
Luke 23 vs 43: And Jesus said unto him, Verily I say unto thee, Today shalt thou be with me in paradise.
Yes. God creates some people who will end up as vessels of destruction, because they are seeking independence from God, while others will be saved, because they accept the offer of salvation from God.
Romans 9 vs 20-21: Nay but, O man, who art thou that repliest against God? Shall the thing formed say to him that formed it, Why hast thou made me thus?
Hath not the potter power over the clay, of the same lump to make one vessel unto honour, and another unto dishonour?
Your spirit will bear witness. This can be revelation from the Holy Spirit, you just need to ask for it.
1st Corinthians 2 vs 14: But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.
